📦 Returns for Regular Products

Returns are accepted only for non-customized (regular) products in the following cases:

✅ Product received is damaged during delivery.
✅ Wrong product was delivered.
✅ Product received does not match the item ordered.

🎥 Unboxing Video Required

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, customers must provide an uncut unboxing video showing:

📦 The sealed package before opening.
🎥 The complete unboxing process.
❌ Any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product received.

⚠️ Claims submitted without an uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.

🎨 Customized & Personalized Products

Since customized and personalized products are specially made according to customer requirements, returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available for these products.

❌ No return on customized products.
❌ No refund on personalized items.
❌ No exchange on made-to-order products.

However, if a customized product arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us immediately with an uncut unboxing video for review.

🚚 Return Process

Once your return request is approved, the product must be returned to us in its original condition along with all original packaging and accessories.

📌 The returned product must successfully reach us and pass our inspection before any refund is processed.

⚠️ Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.

💰 Refund Process

✅ After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it.
✅ If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
✅ Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
